This session provides an in-depth overview of the latest insights and developments from the Teacher Retention Advisory Committee (TRAC), highlighting key findings and strategies aimed at strengthening support for new teachers, increasing retention rates, and reducing early-career frustrations. Additionally, participants will be introduced to the district’s newly enhanced MINT Mentor/Buddy Teacher/Peer Support and PLST Lead Mentor Database. This tool is designed to foster meaningful mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth throughout the school year.
