This hands-on, working session provides school teams with dedicated time and support to organize, refine, and update their School Portfolio. Participants will collaborate to align portfolio components with school improvement priorities, document evidence of instructional practices, and ensure artifacts reflect ongoing progress and impact. Support staff will be available to guide teams through expectations, offer feedback, and help streamline the portfolio for clarity and coherence. Max 2 PLST members!
