This course is designed to equip Educational Excellence School Advisory Council (EESAC) members with the knowledge, tools, and practices necessary to build a highly coherent, effective council that drives meaningful school improvement. Participants will explore the essential components of a successful EESAC, including establishing a shared mission, ensuring inclusive stakeholder representation, making data-driven decisions, aligning actions with the School Improvement Plan (SIP), managing funding transparently, and communicating effectively with the broader school community. Through interactive this training, practical checklists, and a 4-point evaluation rubric, participants will assess their current EESAC practices, identify areas for growth, and develop actionable strategies for improvement. Whether new to EESAC or seeking to strengthen an existing council, participants will leave empowered to foster greater coherence, collaboration, and impact within their schools.
