Wendy Forteza is a seasoned instructional leader with over 25 years of experience in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. She currently serves as Instructional Supervisor for Science Education, where she leads strategic initiatives to elevate high school science instruction and improve student achievement across the district.

Wendy�s career spans the full spectrum of K�12 education, having served as a science teacher, science coach, curriculum support specialist within the Education Transformation Office (ETO), and assistant principal. Her deep understanding of curriculum implementation, data-driven instruction, and teacher development has contributed to consistent gains in Biology and the district�s overall progress in science education.
