Dr. Regina Wimberly serves as a District Director of the Office of Professional Learning and Career Development for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. With over two decades of experience in education, she leads innovative professional learning initiatives that support educator growth, teacher leadership development, and student achievement across the district. Dr. Wimberly holds a Master�s degree in Reading Education, a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership, and a Doctoral degree in Innovative Leadership with a specialization in Administration.
Her work focuses on transforming professional learning through strategic partnerships, choice-driven pathways, teacher-led innovation, and content and pedagogy integration initiatives.
