The course aims to equip school principals with the knowledge and skills required to shape a clear vision of academic, and to effectively cultivate leadership among teachers. Participants will learn about the importance of having a vision for academic success, how to develop a shared vision with stakeholders, and strategies for effectively communicating and implementing the vision. Additionally, the course will explore the role of principals in fostering teacher leadership, and how to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
