This interactive, problem-based professional learning session builds on the skills developed in CATT-I, CATT-II, and CATT-III. The Assessor Calibration and Feedback session will provide District personnel with supervisory responsibilities for instructional personnel with skills and strategies to explore and understand the Instructional Performance Evaluation and Growth System (IPEGS)Performance Standards and the Summative Performance Evaluation process. Participants will develop and implement an action plan for instructional support and school improvement through instructional leadership strategies.Participants will develop a deep understanding of the identified IPEGS observable and non-observable standards, the feedback process, and the District's instructional framework.
