This session will provide participants with an overview of the benefits of the Teacher LEADership Academy and its power to build capacity for reflective practice that positively impacts student achievement through the implementation of an action research project. Participants will leave with an understanding of next steps and levels of District support provided to TLA candidates. This knowledge will excite attendees about the Teacher LEADership Academy�s power to help them leverage research-based instructional practices.
