Dr. Kathleen Pham is a National Board-Certified Teacher who has been an educator for 40 years and is currently serving as a Curriculum Support Specialist for Teachers CHOICE with the Department of Professional Learning and Career Development. She spent many years as a high school Language Arts teacher and has also studied the topic of professional development and worked in roles where she was able to design and facilitate high-quality professional learning. Whether working with early career educators or the English teacher next door, she has always been committed to collaborating with others to improve the skills of educators. Her advocacy for the teaching profession has extended to the state and national levels, and she is knowledgeable and passionate about teacher evaluation and how it impacts both students and teachers. In all these areas, she demonstrates her belief that self-efficacy is important to growth and that students and teachers all thrive when provided with "voice and choice." Dr. Pham has a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy from Florida State University.
