I am Valencia Woodbine, a transformational Reading Coach at Miami Northwestern Senior High School and an aspiring administrator. With utmost enthusiasm and dedication, I have dedicated the past 15 years to the Miami-Dade County Public School system, embarking on a journey of nurturing young minds, fostering teacher efficacy, and cultivating invaluable partnerships between educational institutions and local businesses. It is with profound honor and gratitude that I extend my heartfelt appreciation for the privilege of receiving a second invitation to present at this year’s Strategic Planning session.
