Kayasa Cobb is the Instructional Supervisor for Highschool Science. Ms. Cobb has amassed 16 years of educational experience as a teacher, Instructional Coach, Curriculum Support Specialist and Instructional Supervisor. For 9 years, Ms. Cobb has been instrumental in the Education Transformation Office (ETO); providing direct support to teachers and administrators in an effort to build instructional capacity that positively impact students. "The pessimist complains about the wind. The optimist expects it to change. The leader adjusts the sails” is a quote that Ms. Cobb believes defines the work of an educator and she is looking forward to working closely with educators in MDCPS this summer during Synergy to once again adjust the sail for the upcoming year.
