My expertise in the areas of curriculum and leadership development, combined with my comprehensive experience in science education, position me for success as an Instructional Supervisor for the Office of School Improvement. I have served as a Curriculum Support Specialist (CSS) for the Education Transformation Office for 8 years. Presently, I serve as an Instructional Supervisor who support Tier 1 Watch administrators, coaches, and teachers across all content areas and grade levels, K-12th grade. My leadership position as has provided me with the opportunity to plan, develop, and evaluate curriculum, as well as work with administrative teams to improve instruction and create a successful learning environment.
