As a business major and career-changer who never looked back, Pete is dedicated to the teachers and students that he serves. As a 12-year veteran of Miami-Dade County Public Schools, his experiences have taught him that teachers will learn just as much from their students as they learn from them. Pete has taught 7th and 8th-grade science in tier-three middle schools, coached sports teams, held instructional coaching roles, and is currently a curriculum support specialist for middle school science. You can find him with friends, playing volleyball and doing DIY home renovation projects in his spare time.
