Ms. Marchele Tucker is a lover of all things self-care, an excellent leadership book, and cultivating community. During live sessions, she will give you a taste of the Caribbean as her Jamaican accent might make an entrance every now and then. This F.I.U alumnus made her way into the field of education via Teach for America, teaching high school Biology at Miami Northwestern Senior High (Bull pride!). Over the last eight years, as a Curriculum Support Specialist and Instructional Supervisor, Marchele has worked alongside administrators to support and cultivate innovative leaders who bring excellent science education to our students. She believes in the power of mentorship and has used her experiences to guide how she approaches coaching educators, keeping the “whole child” in mind, and using “community” as a tool to create a flourishing environment for all stakeholders. When the days get challenging, Marchele uses her core values of growth and relationships to keep her grounded in her life’s mission of supporting others in their journey of learning and development.
