According to the Domestic Violence National Statistics, Domestic Violence affects one in four woman and one in seven men during their lifetime. Statistics also indicate that more than fifteen million children in the USA live in a home in which Domestic Violence has occurred at least once. Domestic Violence has the potential to create incidents of violence that occur at the workplace. This presentation will address Domestic Violence Awareness and how it impacts society in our homes and the workplace. It will also address possible indicators of Domestic Violence, Safety Planning, Assistance for Victims and Assistance Available through the EAP and other Resources.
