Ms. Rosaline B. Linares, aka, Rosy has been a Clinical Officer with the Employee Assistance Program in the District for twenty-one years. The EAP is designed to provide confidential assistance and support for all MDCP-s Employees and their immediate family members.
Ms. Linares has a Master of Science in Counselor Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor by the State of Florida since 2000. She is also a National Certified Counselor, a Qualified Supervisor and a State Certified Domestic Violence Assessor and Facilitator.
Prior to her employment with Miami-Dade County Public Schools� EAP, she was a Clinical Supervisor for a private, not for profit agency that offers probation, diversion, community service, DUI school, traffic school, domestic violence programs and substance abuse and mental health evaluations and treatment to the courts and citizens of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
