This session will provide an overview of the benefits of pursuing NBCT candidacy to enhance pedagogical practices and to positively impact student achievement. Participants will leave with an understanding of next steps and levels of District support offered to NBCT candidates. This knowledge will empower attendees to encourage teachers at their sites to take advantage of this job-embedded professional learning opportunity.
