Session Information
Mandatory Session for all Principals:
Participants will learn about the SESIR incident categories and how to appropriately document and report incidents, as well as explore case studies that illustrate effective reporting procedures. The session will also cover the procedures for submitting expulsion referrals, including the legal requirements, necessary documentation, and potential consequences.
SPECIAL NOTE: Participants are also encouraged to register for the sequel session titled: From Policy to Practice: Implementing the Code of Student Conduct, School Environmental Safety Incident Reporting (SESIR) and Expulsion Protocols in School Settings, that will take a more in-depth look into application of the Code of Student Conduct, reporting requirements of SESIR, and criteria and requirements of the expulsion process.
