Nicole has 21 years of experience in the field of education. Her career as an educator includes teaching second-grade, gifted, computer technology, and robotics. Nicole spent the last several years in her district in the instructional technology department where she provided training and edtech coaching for teachers and staff. She also researched and piloted new edtech programs for her teachers and staff keeping the district budget in mind.
After retiring from the public school system, Nicole joined Lightspeed Systems as a Sr. Product Specialist where she provides initial and ongoing training for clients across the full suite of products. Nicole also helps with the content creation of digital learning aides to better assist clients in times of need.

Nicole lives in Bossier City, Louisiana with her husband and 2 children.
