Dr. Raquel McKinnon is the District Elementary Mathematics Instructional Supervisor, where she oversees the elementary mathematics curriculum for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Dr. McKinnon is passionate about students learning and understanding mathematics in a manner that will allow them to apply what they've learned in their everyday lives. She is also dedicated to ensuring teachers are able to instruct the mathematics content in the most effective and efficient manner. Dr. McKinnon also loves to spend time with family and travel.
