Kiyata Branker and Shanique Lovett have a combined teaching experience of 40 years. Their careers have been mainly in ESE education as secondary teachers. They are the dynamic duo of the NExT Support Team, which was born out of the desire to support the needs of teachers who are new to ESE. In addition to serving as teachers, their background entails: ESE compliance, developing and presenting professional development, curriculum support, and cultivating and enriching ESE school-based teams for success.
