Michael A. Rodriguez has been an educator for Miami-Dade County Public Schools since 1997. He is a currently a Curriculum Support Specialist for Autism Programs, supporting teachers of students with Autism, by conducting trainings, collaborating during IEP meetings, conducting behavior assessments, supporting with behavior plans, classroom observations, classroom set-ups, and creating visuals.
Arleen Valdes-Gonzalez�s passion for autism education stems from her experience as a parent of a child with autism. Since 2014, she has dedicated herself to exceptional student education, beginning her career in Broward before transitioning to Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Currently, Arleen serves as a curriculum support specialist on the autism support team. She holds a master's degree in special education with a focus on autism from Florida International University and a doctorate in Leadership and Innovation from St. Thomas University.
