Ms. Cepero-Perez, whose journey spans over 23 years of dedicated service in the K-12 educational system, believes in the transformative power of education that shapes the minds of future generations. Her educational philosophy is grounded in the power of research-based pedagogical practices, technology integration on the curriculum, and innovation have in fostering higher levels of student engagement and teacher professional growth. Her passion for improving educational outcomes and professional learning practices has led to her multifaceted career, which includes teaching K-5th, serving as a turnaround instructional coach, curriculum specialist, professional learning designer, staff developer, and certified school administrator. Ms. Cepero-Perez is a National Board-Certified Teacher and is currently working on her Doctoral program in Leadership Development with a concentration in educational research at Nova Southeastern University.
