A graduate of Barry University, Ms. Royo has been a Risk Manager for over 30 years, and she has specialized in Worker�s Compensation for the last 20 years. She is employed by Miami-Dade County Public Schools the second largest public employer in the state and the third largest school system in the nation. Ms. Royo supervises a high-volume customer service driven workers� compensation program. She remains focused on providing high value care managing expenses without impacting the quality delivered to the injured worker. Under her direction, the program has received both national and local recognition for both excellence and innovation.
