Mr. Marcia has been an educator with over two decades of experience.

Currently he has the humbling opportunity to spearhead the ever-so-vital elementary science efforts for our A-rated district, the third largest district in our country.

His background includes science education, federal grants, after-school programs, and robotics. His vision is to ensure all teachers know that they are part of the the success in science and it is not ONLY a test that takes place in any given grade. Overall, the objective is to empower all around him, with one goal, making students the priority.
